Smartfit provides 5 days return and exchange policy. You always have the option to get your items changed or refunded (if defective). To exchange/refund your items, simply return the package back to our address and as soon as we receive it we will dispatch the replacement or pay you back.
In case of a refund, delivery charges for both sides will be deducted from the actual order, and the rest of the payment will be sent via Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
The exchange process may take 5 – 7 working days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs 200 (Delivery charges).
Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE except only if they are defective.
All products purchased from Smartfit can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase only if:-
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the delivery time.
- The item must not be washed. Follow washing instructions and do not machine wash.
- The item(s) does not match the product’s original specifications or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- You must notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing us images of the defective product at email@example.com or WhatsApp at 0312-7443060, in case you want to raise a dispute.
- Replacement will be sent in case of a defective/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item within 5 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned products. Rs 200 is deducted for delivery charges in case of a refund.
